We now are in the home stretch of this challenging and exciting project and the entire team is very excited about sharing it with our residents .
The Latitude Margaritaville Ambassadors of Fun are at the ready for even more action when the under-construction banners come down and the fun factor goes up . Live music will play at the bandshell , residents will dance in the Town Square , and , oh yes , the Latitude Bar & Chill will serve up great Margaritaville-inspired menu selections and plenty of refreshing beverage concoctions . Folks can ’ t wait to take a dip in the luxurious lagoonstyle Paradise Pool , work out at the state-of-theart Fins Up ! Fitness Center , play their game of choice on the sports courts and much , much more .
According to Brian Cale , Minto ’ s Latitude Margaritaville Division Vice President of Land Development , things are shaping up in fastforward mode as the finishing touches are placed on buildings and landscaping and things are being prepped for the big move in .

The bright , beachy signature colors of Latitude Margaritaville can be seen from a distance on the Town Center buildings . The Town Square dance floor is completed . The Latitude Bar & Chill tower is going in and interior painting is well underway . “ We now are in the home stretch of this challenging and exciting project and the entire team is very excited about sharing it with our residents ,” notes Cale .
