CONSTRUCTION CONTINUES TO PROGRESS ON THE WORKIN’ N’ PLAYIN’ CENTER

Phase One of the award-winning Town Square amenities opened last June with an entertainment amphitheater, thatched roof bandshell with full-size concert stage, jumbo screen for live streaming, and recessed dance floor that provides a little cushion and spring for dancers.

The Latitude Margaritaville Watersound Town Square is where the good times roll every day with a full menu of fun, food and, of course, live music. Residents enjoy a wide selection of Margaritaville-inspired food and beverage concoctions at the two-story Bar & Chill restaurant while taking in the stunning views of the Intracoastal Waterway.

They dance to top bands at the Town Square Bandshell, relax at the Paradise Pool and much more.

Phase One amenities also include a state-ofthe-art Fins Up! Fitness Center with indoor lap pool and spa, workout equipment, spin room, fitness classes and wellness programming. A Telegraph Business Center includes individual workstations and a board room. A games lawn includes bocce, cornhole, billiards tables, and a putting green, and tennis and pickleball courts have lighting for night play.
