More than 1,500 residents attended the Town Square preview to be the first to experience all of the great new amenities . Now , residents are taking a deep dive into the ongoing and amazing selection of activities and events being presented by the lifestyle team at their brand new Town Square !

A make-you-smile menu of fun is served up with names like Tiki Tuesdays and Wine Down Wednesdays , Single Flamingle singles nights , Born to Party Birthday Celebrations , Reel Time Movies , Shuffle the Deck card games , Sunset , Sips & Songs , 5 o ’ Clock Somewhere Sunday Socials , and continued outings to explore the Panama City Beach area , sailing parties and much , much more .

“ Until the Town Square opening , our Lifestyle Without Walls program provided plenty of fun and creative activities for residents as well as great experiences exploring the many incredible entertainment , dining , beach areas and other offerings in the Panama City Beach area ,” says Ramona .

“ Now , it ’ s so great watching residents walking arm in arm into the Fins Up ! Fitness Center , toting their colorful beach bags to the Paradise Pool , and , instead of having dance parties in the cul-de-sacs and driveways , doing the Boot Scootin ’ Boogie to live music at the bandshell .”

And what about that music program ? “ When you are a community named after a song , your music program simply has to be the very best ,” says Ramona . “ We hold auditions , and we get emails on a weekly basis from high level musicians from all over the country saying they would love to play at Latitude Margaritaville . Right now , our music calendar is booked all the way through January . The music program is very eclectic . While Jimmy Buffett music is high on the play list , many different genres and styles are presented . Our residents can be very proud of their music program ,” she adds .

Based on comments from residents , they also are proud of their brand new amenities and are having a fabulous time riding the wave of fun at their new Town Square !
