Before moving to Latitude Margaritaville , Cynthia owned a condo in Northern Virginia . She finds that Conch Cottage living has many benefits in comparison . “ My condo was similar in square footage but my cottage feels bigger and it has a huge garage that even has room for a golf cart . That is a huge added bonus . Also , there is no noise in my cottage but in the condo you had the noise from the people above and below and people coming in and out of the building . When I was living in the condo , I only knew a few of my neighbors . Here , that is such a difference . It ’ s so easy to meet people and I know everybody around me .”

Among her favorite things about life at Latitude Margaritaville Daytona Beach are the resort-style amenities . When not relaxing at home with her adopted Chihuahua mix , Foxy , Cynthia is a regular at the Fins Up ! Fitness Center . She also enjoys listening to live music and dancing at the Latitude Town Square . ( Her favorite line dances are the Cupid Shuffle and Wobble .)
“ My friends and I love to listen to the bands and I love to dance . Even if you ’ re by yourself , you can go out and dance with everyone , and I ’ ve learned three new dances I hadn ’ t known before ,” she says .
