CONSTRUCTION CONTINUES TO PROGRESS ON THE WORKIN ’ N ’ PLAYIN ’ CENTER

The Latitude Margaritaville Watersound Town Square already is the vibrant gathering place for great times with a full menu of fun , food and , of course , music . Here friendships are made , celebrated and cultivated as residents experience and enjoy great bands , dancing in the Town Square , relaxing at the Paradise Pool , sipping beverage concoctions and dining on great food at the Latitude Bar & Chill and much more .

“ We ’ ve put a lot of careful thought into designing the amenities at Latitude Margaritaville , creating community spaces that match what you ’ d find at high-end resorts . I ’ m pleased to report that construction of the final phase of the Latitude Margaritaville Watersound Town Square is moving forward right on schedule ,” says Brian Cale , Minto ’ s VP of Land Development for Latitude Margaritaville Watersound .

“ The Workin ’ N ’ Playin ’ Center is really taking shape ,” he adds . “ With the roof nearing completion , we ’ re making steady progress on both interior and exterior work . Our crews are installing the metal facade while simultaneously framing the interior spaces . The HVAC and plumbing roughin are also underway , and we ’ re aiming to begin drywall installation before the holidays .”

The complex will feature several unique attractions , including the Last Mango Theater , Clayground Pottery Studio and an Arts & Crafts Room . The center also will house the Hangar Workshop and a whimsically designed Barkaritaville Pet Spa , complete with a dog house-shaped exterior .

Additional sports courts are completed and include three more pickleball courts for a total of 10 , two more tennis courts , for a total of four , and three more bocce courts , for a total of five to accommodate the many sports-loving Latitude Margaritaville residents .
