In addition , phase one includes the massive lagoon-style Paradise Pool , state-of-theart Fins Up ! Fitness Center with indoor lap pool and spa , and tennis , pickleball and bocce ball courts with lighting for night play . There also is an outdoor games area and putting green that overlook the Intracoastal . Canine residents , too , are enjoying life at Latitude Margaritaville and are having a great time at their very own Barkaritaville Dog Park .

Phase two amenities will ramp up the fun with three more pickleball courts — one of them being a competition court ; two more tennis courts and three more bocce ball courts .
