Some players came without a partner so they were blind matched to another player which made it fun and very community oriented. Players included Latitude Margaritaville residents from Hilton Head and Watersound as well as non-resident players from California, North Carolina and South Carolina.
Local vendors participated with pickleball clothing and gear, personalized products and gift items. There were wood crafts for sale made by Lost Hammer and Saw— the Watersound Wood Crafters Club— including cutting boards, pickleball-shaped charcuterie boards and more. A VIP relaxation tent included therapeutic sessions from Stretch Zone and Cryotherapy.
