On June 15 , the construction banners went down and the fun meter went up as 1,500 + party-ready residents got a first look at their colorful new Latitude Town Square . They were welcomed by Latitude Margaritaville Ambassadors of Fun , the irresistible tropical sound of live music and stilt walkers in dazzling costumes .
Oohs and aahs echoed throughout as residents viewed their sparkling new Paradise Pool and took in breathtaking views of the Intracoastal Waterway from a variety of vantage points at the Town Square .
The Latitude Bar & Chill restaurant served up delicious Margaritaville-inspired menu samples and the Overlook Bar stirred up signature beverage concoctions . The band We Got the Beat and high energy DJs made sure the music never stopped as residents filled the dance floor .
To top it all off ? What else ? A spectacular fireworks display over the Intracoastal Waterway viewed from the multi-tiered amphitheater . The grand opening of the Latitude Margaritaville Watersound Town Square will be a long remembered celebration and the first of many more to come !
