With the opening of this dynamic playground in paradise , the opportunities for fabulous fun , delicious food and simply “ have-to-dance ” music have expanded exponentially . AND it ’ s all located along the beautiful Intracoastal Waterway !

Scott Gambone , Minto Vice President of Community Hospitality and Lifestyle notes that the level of detail in design , curation and activation of the Latitude Town Square has taken a large team many months to prepare for opening .

Latitude Margaritaville Watersound residents now can snack and dine at the two-story Latitude Bar & Chill , sip from an enticing array of beverage concoctions , and relax to live music . And there is much more !

The Town Square features a terraced amphitheater where residents can settle in and view a movie or listen to a concert while also watching the sunset over the Intracoastal Waterway . A thatched roof bandshell has a full-size concert stage and jumbo screen , and the adjacent dance area even has a special recessed floor that provides a little give and spring for dancer comfort .
