The fun never stops at the Latitude Margaritaville Daytona Beach Town Center . “ It doesn ’ t get better than this ,” is a frequently heard comment when residents gather over their favorite beverage concoctions and Margaritaville-inspired food at the Latitude Bar & Chill restaurant or Changes in Attitude Bar .

Well , maybe it doesn ’ t get better than this but it certainly can get bigger and soon will . The Latitude Margaritaville Town Center is expanding with additional amenities that will provide even more opportunities for gathering , entertainment and play and they open this summer .

The expansion includes a second 55,000-gallon outdoor swimming pool , Paradise Pool deck expansion and additional restrooms .

A Latitude Margaritaville-styled poolside food and beverage trailer — The Sand Bar — will offer additional poolside eats in a tiki hut with covered seating , TVs and music . The menu will include signature poolside favorite dishes such as The Sand Bar Burger and oversized boardwalk style Hot Dog , and a full range of beverage concoctions including Sand Buckets of Beer and Stranded on a Sandbar to name a few .

The expansion also includes two covered gathering areas with barbeque grills , additional open common space and seating area . Since the Paradise Pool is a party area favorite , the pool deck is being expanded and more seating added . There also will be a new entrance to the Paradise Pool ; expanded parking ; re-striped existing multipurpose sports court to create an additional pickleball court option and a practice wall for tennis and pickleball players .
