Town Center finishing touches are being completed by a huge and incredibly talented team of tradespeople . It includes electricians , landscapers , interior designers , painters , equipment and furnishings vendors , and many others . They are working tirelessly to get everything ready for the construction screens to come down and the curtain to go up .

According to Brian Cale , Minto ’ s Latitude Margaritaville Division Vice President of Land Development , “ It ’ s literally all hands on deck . Folks are here working from sunrise to after sunset but everything is coming together beautifully . It is going to be so great for all of us on Team Town Center to be able to step back and see the vision completed and being enjoyed by our residents .”

And , of course , the Latitude Margaritaville Ambassadors of Fun are busily making plans for opening day . According to Lifestyle Director Ramona Ward , “ This is a very exciting time for the lifestyle team . We ’ ve been very busy planning for the Town Center opening , and we ’ ll have lots of surprises for residents to enjoy at the opening and beyond . With that incredible backdrop of the Intracoastal Waterway , it feels like you ’ re on vacation at an amazing resort ! In addition to the great views , there are so many bells and whistles ! The bandshell and multi-tiered amphitheater are spectacular . There ’ s a jumbo screen , full-size concert stage , and big dance floor area that even has a little give in the surface for dancing comfort . The lifestyle team is going to make this an amazing event for our residents .”
