Janet points out that everyone is very excited about the pending opening of the new Latitude Town Center but adds , “ It is always a big party around here !” She is looking forward to going to the Town Center ’ s Paradise Pool and doing water aerobics at the indoor pool as well as relaxing at the Latitude Bar & Chill restaurant .
While Bill is retired , Janet is still working as a health care consultant . She converted the den to her office and her Border Collie Riley now comes to work with her every day . “ He ’ s the worst assistant ever ,” she laughs . “ He sleeps and snores .” knowing you have people around you that are like minded and having fun . There are other places we ’ ve lived where we didn ’ t even know the names of our next door neighbors . Here , people want to talk and get to know you .”
What are the couple ’ s first plans when the new Town Center opens this spring ? “ I think I ’ ll go down to the pool , have a drink and relax for a while ,” says Bill . “ I ’ ll be going to the gym and they ’ re going to have bocce ball which I ’ ve never played . Over time , I ’ ll try everything .” Janet is looking forward to concerts at the bandshell . “ I ’ m a huge Parrothead . We really enjoy music !”
