Tim and Vicki Bougan celebrate their new St . Bart single-family home at Latitude Margaritaville Watersound .
Born and raised in Florida , Vicki met her future husband in Panama City in the 1990s . The couple moved to Denver then back to Panama City Beach in 2017 . “ We were going to retire in Panama City Beach and came out and looked at Latitude Margaritaville and fell in love with it .”
The “ little thing to do ” changed their lives . They moved into their new St . Bart home on Jollymon Way at Latitude Margaritaville Watersound in February 2023 . Now the couple is fully engaged in the community ’ s lifestyle of fun , food and friends . Both have become Latitude Margaritaville ambassadors and enjoy meeting and touring visitors from around the U . S . and beyond . “ I love it . You meet some really great people ,” says Vicki .
“ The amenities are awesome ,” says Tim . “ When the Town Square opened , our jaws dropped . It ’ s incredible . And that view of the Intracoastal ! The sunsets are amazing .” Another favorite is the Fins Up ! Fitness Center where both Tim and Vicki work out . “ I was in the military for a lot of years and have been to a lot of top notch fitness facilities ,” says Tim . “ The fitness center here is one of the best I ’ ve seen . It helps us to get back in shape so we can enjoy this lifestyle for many years to come .”
