“ We went on a cruise to the Caribbean and met a couple,” says Lisa.“ We started talking about retirement and told them that we were on the list to build a house at Latitude Margaritaville Watersound. They said they had been interested in the community and did a Stay & Play weekend at Latitude Margaritaville Daytona Beach. They liked it but had vacationed more in the Panhandle. Until they talked with us, they didn’ t know that Latitude Margaritaville Watersound was an option. Now they’ re here, and they’ re like our best friends!”
The same thing happened with some new friends they met on a trip to Mexico. They too are now signing to buy a new home here.“ We’ re going back to Mexico so will see who we bring home with us this time,” laughs Bryan.
Bryan shares that when he and Lisa were visiting the Dominican Republic, they were talking with another couple in the pool and told them about Latitude Margaritaville.“ The wife messaged me on Facebook later,” says Lisa.“ She said,‘ We’ re in town and we’ re going to look at Latitude Margaritaville. Can we stay with you?’ They moved here last spring!”
However, it’ s not just new friends who have followed the couple to Latitude Margaritaville. Many family members also followed Bryan and Lisa to Latitude Margaritaville Watersound and are now living there as well.“ All told, we’ ve brought five couples to Latitude Margaritaville Watersound.”
