“ We saw an ad on Latitude Margaritaville Hilton Head online and said , ‘ We are going to check this out !’ We experienced the Stay & Play and , signed up that same weekend ,” says Darcey . “ It ’ s a gem of a location with Savannah , Hilton Head and Charleston nearby and the mountains are just a little bit away . There is so much to do and see in the surrounding area ,” adds David .

The couple says they just love the Key West vibe and vibrant colors of Latitude Margaritaville homes . They selected a Dreamsicle cottage . “ It was a seamless , stress-free process for us ,” notes Darcey . “ Everyone was awesome . During the building process , we received pictures every week on the progress and we have a great MasterCare SM rep who literally would get back to us within hours .”

“ We love this house ,” says Darcey . Some of her favorite features of their new home include the high ceilings and having a guest wing that includes a bedroom , office area and bath located at the opposite end of the home from the master suite , providing more privacy for house guests .

The couple also enjoys the thick vegetation and well-kept landscaping of Latitude Margaritaville Hilton Head and what they describe as the beautiful fusion of New England and Florida in the surrounding area . “ I lived on the ocean in Plymouth , Massachusetts so we had to have the ocean near us ,” says David .
