Proceeding with site design for Town Center amenities The third Latitude Margaritaville is located in Northwest Florida on the gorgeous Emerald Coast . Latitude Margaritaville Watersound ’ s Town Center is being developed in a spectacular setting along the Intracoastal Waterway . The site ’ s high elevation , water views , salt grass flats and oak hammocks provide a one-of-a-kind canvas for a community surrounded by nature that will be like no other .
Using state-of-the-art technologies , the development team has explored the topography of the site in ways that would not have been possible until recent years . According to Len Capozzo , Minto ’ s director of community planning , “ Our civil engineers created the site plan ’ s parameters and superimposed this on Google Earth . Using our iPads , we could locate ourselves anywhere on the site and locate the existing natural conditions .”
