The first Gold was a National Award for “ Best Brochure for a Master-Planned Community .” The second Gold was a “ Best in 55 + Housing Award ” for attached homes up to 1,700 sq . ft .— won by the popular Dreamsicle model from the Conch Cottages Collection !
Watersound also received five Silver awards , including :
