Lifestyle Without Walls introduces residents to their new community and navigates the process for them with all sorts of activities within the community as well as outings to the area ’ s great attractions like famous Pier Park . The Lifestyle Without Walls team leads the way as new homeowners explore the area ’ s restaurants , sips and sounds , and other great offerings while getting to know their neighbors and making new friends .
Lifestyle Director Mona Ward shares the details . “ With Lifestyle Without Walls , we bring open minds and open arms as we create a sense of community for our first residents . There is something for everyone . We do things like going to our big green space , putting on some music and giving everyone a paint brush and art supplies so that they can express their artistic side .
We have experiences for those who love music , sports … all sorts of things . Our lifestyle team is very creative . They can find a cardboard box and create 10 things to do with it ,” she laughs .
And , of course , there is what has become the traditional gathering place within each new Latitude Margaritaville community — an inviting tiki hut surrounded by bar stools where residents gather for all sorts of social events . Get togethers include Tiki Tuesdays , Sunset Sips and Songs music nights , Sunday Morning Coffee Crew , Trivia night , Bingo and more . “ The tiki hut is our compass rose … the crow ’ s nest to our pirate ship ,” says Mona . “ If we go to the tiki hut , we know we ’ re going to find something fun !”
