“ We have made acquaintances and some good friends . People are open and when you ’ re in your golf cart or on your bike people wave and say hello . There ’ s always something going on . We enjoy being able to see people and having our neighbors over . We invite neighbors for cocktails and then we ’ re off to the Latitude Bar & Chill . Beth especially loves the onion rings and cheeseburgers at the Bar & Chill .”
“ The thing about Latitude Margaritaville is the fun ,” says Earl . He plays tennis and bocce ball on the community courts and works out at the Fins Up ! Fitness Center where he goes for cardio and circuit training . with her friends . The Poors also enjoy hopping in their golf cart and heading over to the Town Square to listen to live music .
Earl points out that his career background includes providing sales and marketing support for builders and developers so he is very familiar with construction . “ Minto has an excellent reputation in terms of building and standing behind their product . I ’ ve been very impressed ,” he notes .
Beth enjoys taking the Latitude Margaritaville shuttle to the Beach Club where she can watch the waves and relax on the sun deck while reading a book . She also enjoys going out for lunch and fun
