Latitude Margaritaville it ' s great to love where you live !

Jordon Statler discovered Latitude Margaritaville Daytona Beach when she saw the community while on vacation and driving from Palm Coast , Florida to New Smyrna Beach . “ I said , ‘ Whoa ! Stop ! Turn around and go back ." Two years after making that U-turn and moving to her new home at Latitude Margaritaville , she hasn ’ t looked back .

“ You have a built-in lifestyle here ,” says Jordon . “ The amenities are world class . I love Daytona Beach and the Beach Club . I like to go down to the beach at sunrise . And who doesn ’ t love a tiki bar on the beach where you get fabulous seafood and hang out in a bathing suit and cover up ?”

A former photojournalist and reporter for ABC News , Jordon says she ’ s living her best life at Latitude Margaritaville and enjoying every day of fun and friends in her new home community . “ There ’ s a lot of happiness around here … a lot of smiles ,” she says . “ Every day , you never know what ’ s going to happen or the people you ’ re going to meet . The friends I ’ ve made here are like family .”

As a single woman , Jordon appreciates the comfortable atmosphere at Latitude Margaritaville . “ I feel very safe here , and I ’ m very comfortable going to the Bar & Chill alone . Safety was one of the main things my kids were concerned about . After they came to visit , they said , ' Wow ! We want to move here .'”
