Singer / songwriter Randall Lee Richards loves the vibe and camaraderie at
Latitude Margaritaville Daytona Beach .
What better place for a successful musician / songwriter / recording artist to find his home sweet home than music-centric Latitude Margaritaville ? That ’ s just what Country-Rock musician Randall Lee Richards and his wife Maribeth decided to do when friends told them about Latitude Margaritaville Daytona Beach .
“ We have lived in various places around the country — North Carolina , Nashville , California , New York ,” says Randall . “ We ’ ve had a place on Daytona Beach for several years , and my wife ran into some friends at the grocery store there . They had just bought a home at Latitude Margaritaville Daytona Beach and said , ‘ You have to come and see it .’ Randall and Maribeth took a looksee and , as the Ernest Tubb song says , “ That ’ s all she wrote .”
Randall is thoroughly enjoying the music scene at Latitude Margaritaville . He even recorded a segment of the new video for his latest hit song , “ You Had Me at Party !” at the Latitude Margaritaville Town Square with residents participating .
A group of his new Latitude Margaritaville friends also accompanied Randall to Nashville in January for the recording session for “ You Had Me at Party !” The single was released this past April . It has had more than five million views on YouTube and TikTok , and is playing on radio stations across the U . S . as well as in the UK , Canada , Brazil and Australia . He is releasing at least six singles this year .
“ We couldn ’ t be happier about being at Latitude Margaritaville ,” says Randall . “ We love the vibe and camaraderie . Of all the places we ’ ve lived , it ’ s the best one ever . We love the Latitude Bar & Chill . The food is fantastic . The pool area is just fabulous . We ’ ll spend hours just floating in the pool and playing water volleyball . We ’ ve been to many parties at the Beach Club . It ’ s a lot of fun and everybody is so nice !”
Randall is also very happy that Latitude Margaritaville Daytona Beach has attracted other professional musicians who were drawn by the Jimmy Buffett-inspired lifestyle of fun , food , and music .
