LATEST CONSTRUCTION UPDATE ON THE LATITUDE TOWN CENTER
We ’ re moving along well on the Latitude Margaritaville Watersound Town Center ,” says Latitude Margaritaville Land Development Vice President Brian Cale . “ The walls are going up on the Fins Up ! Fitness Center and the Bar & Chill .”
In the meantime , the spectacular views up the Intracoastal Waterway from the Bar & Chill are being opened through surgical clearing that carefully preserves the beautiful natural surroundings of the Town Center . “ Residents also will enjoy a pedestrian pathway into the Town Center that winds through the woods . It will be a beautiful walk ,” he adds .
Until the Town Center opens , the Latitude Margaritaville lifestyle team is making sure there is plenty of fun through their Lifestyle Without Walls program . In addition to excursions to explore the beach , restaurants and attractions of the surrounding area , activities also take place in the community at the now traditional gathering place within each new Latitude Margaritaville community — the iconic tiki hut . Here is where the music plays and refreshments flow until the Town Center opens for music , dancing , games , relaxation and dining at the Town Center ’ s Town Square , Bar & Chill , Change in Latitude Bar , Fins Up ! Fitness Center and Paradise Pool .
