Fins Up ! Fitness Center going up ! Latitude Bar & Chill Bar started ! Latitude Town Center entrance sign in progress !
Construction is moving along at a clip on the new Latitude Margaritaville Watersound Town Center . The resort-style amenity center is definitely taking shape . With a little imagination , you can almost hear the Jimmy Buffett music playing and envision yourself sipping a frosty margarita at the Bar & Chill while overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway !
According to Len Capozzo , Minto ’ s Vice President of Community Planning & Design , “ The walls are going up on the Town Center amenities , the Change in Attitude bar curbs have been laid out , and form work is underway on the second floor of the Bar & Chill . The Paradise Pool floor is progressing , the light poles have been delivered for the sports courts , and the Town Center main entry sign is installed to name just a few of the many activities taking place on the site . The Town Center ’ s stunning location on the Intracoastal Waterway will provide our residents with an unmatchable outdoor recreation setting .”
When phase one of the Town Center is completed , it will include a vibrant Town Square for concerts , dancing and movies . A thatched-roof bandshell will include a full-size concert stage and jumbo screen .
A Fins Up ! Fitness Center will include an indoor pool and spa , and the outdoor Paradise Pool will feature a beach-style entry and its own Tiki Island . The Latitude Bar & Chill restaurant will be two stories and will overlook the Intracoastal Waterway and Changes in Attitude Bar . Phase one also includes tennis and pickleball courts , nature trails and a Barkaritaville Dog Park .
In addition , Minto and Margaritaville partner St . Joe has plans for a full-service public marina and West Bay Center — a commercial village adjacent to Latitude Margaritaville .
St .
