Laura says that she and Dave then got in their car with their “ fur babies ” Chuck and Chloe and drove cross country to Latitude Margaritaville Daytona Beach . “ It was an interesting week driving seven days with all of us in the car . I don ’ t think we ’ ll do that again ,” laughs Laura .

They pulled into Latitude Margaritaville on June 30 and stopped by the sales center . “ We were tired from driving but everyone was amazing at the sales center ,” says Laura . She and Dave closed on their house and headed straight to their new Home Sweet Home at Latitude Margaritaville . They camped out there that very night . “ We packed our camping chairs , pillows , a sheet and blanket , threw down a rug for Chuck to lay on and Dave went out and bought an air mattress and

a bottle of champagne . We faced our chairs to the lanai and the beautiful preserve view and said ‘ Wow !’ We can ’ t believe we ’ re here !”

Laura feels sure she and Dave will make many new friends at Latitude Margaritaville . “ Everybody here is so friendly and so nice ! Our neighbors across the street brought us an orchid and said if we needed anything to just let them know .”

While Laura and Dave are very busy getting settled into their new home , they have also begun exploring their new community . They are enjoying the Bar & Chill and are looking forward to spending time at the Beach Club where they plan to enjoy walks on the beach and Jimmy Buffett tunes in the air .
