It won ' t be long before Latitude Margaritaville residents can get a workout at the Fins Up ! Fitness Center
“ The crew working on the swimming pool were down in the area dug out for the pool base every day for months to install the plumbing and steel for the uniquely shaped pool bottom ,” says Brian Cale , Minto ' s Latitude Margaritaville division vice president of land development . “ The concrete is now poured and the pool shell is finished . Getting the pool shell completed is the culmination of a massive amount of work . Finishing work now will move along at a steady pace .”
The Fins Up ! Fitness Center has taken on its distinctive roof line and the two-story Bar & Chill restaurant , Changes in Attitude Bar and HOA building are also moving along . In addition , excavation work for the Latitude Town Square and amphitheater has begun and work on the sports courts is progressing .
And — good news for Latitude Margaritaville Watersound pups — the Barkaritaville dog park is coming along splendidly as is the boardwalk bridge between Barkaritaville and the Town Center .
