“ Everything is wonderful,” says Laura.“ There are satisfied homeowners all over the map here. My husband and I have built several houses and this is the easiest one we’ ve ever built. We’ re on Puffer Fish Place and we fell in love with it because there are only 50 homes and we’ re on a cul-de-sac.”

Laura emphasizes that being a distance away from the amenity center is not an issue for them.“ We love the Bar & Chill and the live music. You always run into people you know. We’ re learning to play bocce and eventually we’ ll take up pickleball.”

And of course, they will continue to look forward to their evening sunset rides to the Town Square in Little Breezy.
