“ It didn ’ t feel like you were buying a house ,” says Shelia . “ You ’ re buying into a lifestyle and a community where you can feel at home from day one .” However , Shelia really likes the design of the houses too . “ It doesn ’ t really matter what size the house is because they all feel so open and airy with high ceilings and an abundance of windows .”
Randy likes their Aruba with its big open area for watching TV or having people over and the large bedrooms . Both love the lanai area . “ The lanai is where we spend most of our time . We have our coffee out there every morning ,” says Shelia . Located on a lake and bordered by the preserve , they enjoy watching the otters play . “ We start our morning off that way and end our day that way ,” says Randy .
“ Margaritaville Watersound Town Square . It was so well done . They did a fabulous job . It was wonderful !” exclaims Shelia .
“ If you want to have something to do every day you can have something to do ,” says Randy . “ We go out maybe four or five days a week then hibernate for a day or two . We ’ re really looking forward to kayaking .” Randy also is into woodworking and looking forward to teaching interested neighbors some of the techniques .
“ It ’ s so easy living here . I ride my bike to yoga class , take a golf cart to the dog park and someone else looks after our lawn for us ,” says Shelia . Randy concurs , “ It seems right here . It really is changes in latitudes … changes in attitudes !”
