PANAMA CITY BEACH VISIT LED TO MOVE FROM RHODE ISLAND TO WATERSOUND

Janice and Dale Jensen moved from Rhode Island to Latitude Margaritaville Watersound this fall . “ We ’ ve visited friends at Panama City Beach for the last few years , and decided to come to Latitude Margaritaville Watersound to check out the models . That was the day we signed up and we ’ ve never looked back ,” says Janice .

She says she and Dale were drawn to Watersound by the weather and to Latitude Margaritaville by the opportunity to live in a 55 + community where they could stop dealing with yard work — especially raking leaves . “ In Rhode Island , we had huge oak trees ,” says Janice . “ When we left , we had hit our all-time high of 75 bags of leaves !”

Both enjoy the easy-going pace of their new community . “ There are so many things to like and

so many new people to meet ,” says Dale . “ They are from all over the U . S . and so nice . Everybody wants to get to know everybody . You drive around in your golf cart and people wave to you even if they don ’ t know who you are . Everybody has a lot in common .”

“ We ’ ve met people from New York , Georgia , Texas , California , Ohio , Iowa and our next door neighbor is from Indiana . It ’ s very interesting and really fun ,” says Janice . “ My sister and brother-in-law are moving here from Minnesota . This will be the first time my sister and I have lived near each other for 10 years . I ’ m very excited . Latitude Margaritaville is a dream come true . I love it here !”
