Latitude Margaritaville Hilton Head resident and veteran Walt Stinner particularly likes the fact that many veterans have chosen to live at Latitude Margaritaville.“ We have Korean War vets, Vietnam war vets and others here.”

“ We have a monthly luncheon at the Latitude Margaritaville Bar & Chill and other activities. The group is growing as new homeowners come in but you don’ t have to be a veteran to participate. Any of our neighbors are welcome. Our group also is participating in the dedication of a new Hardeeville Veterans’ Park soon,” says Walt.

After living at Latitude Margaritaville Hilton Head for two years, he and his wife Joanne are enjoying life in their new community.“ I don’ t have to cut grass any longer. We love the Paradise Pool and everybody here is so laid-back and friendly,” says Walt.

“ IF I WENT TO THE BAHAMAS AND PAID $ 500 A DAY, IT WOULD BE LIKE THIS. LATITUDE MARGARITAVILLE IS THE TRUE DEFINITION OF RETIREMENT AND RELAXATION!”
