“ In our previous community in Memphis, a lot of our friends were younger and still working, so there was no one to do things with. Here, there is always someone to have fun with and we couldn’ t ask for better neighbors,” says Genie.“ We’ re on coed Fins Ball and bocce ball teams, involved in the clay studio and woodworking studio, and Ross bowls and plays darts and poker.”
“ There are over 100 groups in this community and, if you can’ t find one, you can create one,” adds Ross.“ People ask if I live in a resort and if it’ s like this every day and I say,‘ Yes!’”
Even their goldendoodle Harley loves Latitude Margaritaville— especially Barkaritaville.“ She meets all of her friends there,” says Ross.
