The St. Joe Company, Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare( TMH) and Florida State University( FSU) recently broke ground for a 180-bed in-patient hospital that is projected to open in 2028. It will be located on the 87-acre FSU Health Campus that is located less than 10 minutes from Latitude Margaritaville Watersound near the intersection of State Highway 79 and Philip Griffitts Sr. Parkway.
