LATITUDE MARGARITAVILLE RESIDENTS ENJOY MANY WELLNESS BENEFITS
The new hospital will be named under FSU Health brand and will include an emergency center and inpatient services such as surgery, cardiology, imaging and other healthcare services. FSU also intends to utilize the campus for research opportunities focused on successful aging and senior living.
Thanks to Latitude Margaritaville Watersound’ s healthcare partner, TMH, residents already enjoy significant wellness benefits. On-site programs are provided at the Latitude Margaritaville Fins Up! Fitness Center by the TMH representative, Violet Pelfrey, LPN.
Violet provides free basic services like weight and vitals checks and, if a resident isn’ t feeling well, Violet can take a look to see if a visit to urgent care or the doctor might be advisable. She also assists new residents in getting established with medical care providers. And … residents don’ t need an appointment to see her.
Residents also have convenient access to services at the Medical Office Building that is already located on the FSU Health campus. It includes an urgent care center, outpatient surgery center, primary care practice, surgical procedure center and other medical specialties.
