HOME SWEET HOME …“ IT ’ S PERFECTION !”

Perfection is the recurring theme when Latitude Margaritaville Daytona Beach resident Brenda Baker describes life in her new community . Growing up in Pennsylvania , Brenda recalls the frigid temperatures and driving in blizzards and notes she was happy to trade snow and ice for sunny Florida , blue waters and white sand beaches .

Brenda moved into her new Bamboo Conch Cottage and says that one of her favorite things about life at Latitude Margaritaville Daytona Beach is having her own private Beach Club on the Atlantic Ocean . “ The view takes your breath away !” she exclaims .

While Brenda will be retiring soon , until then this is her second home . She is still working in Cape Coral , Florida as a behavior analyst with children with autism and other disabilities .

“ It ’ s one of those jobs you feel good about at the end of the day . For now , it ’ s back and forth . I try to get here as often as I can . I just want to be here !”

“ It ’ s phenomenal how good the Minto quality is ,” says Brenda . “ The quality of everything is top notch . The residences , the amenities , everything is just great . Any time you are in the Town Center , there is music playing . It ’ s better than Disney !”

How does Brenda like her new cottage ? “ It ’ s beautiful . It ’ s incredibly peaceful . There is a beautiful sunset every day and a view of the lake . It ’ s amazing how spacious it is . There are so many windows and I get a lot of natural sunlight . I have two bedrooms and there is enough space between the bedrooms for privacy . I love the laundry room and the flow is simple and easy . It ’ s just perfect .”

In addition to the private Beach Club and the fact that there is always something to do , Brenda says the people at Latitude Margaritaville are at the top of her list of favorite things about her new community . “ Everybody is so kind and helpful . My neighbor said , ‘ I feel like we ’ re in the 1960s .’ You feel like everybody is neighbors and friends . The moment you step foot in this community you ’ re embraced .”

Brenda says she can ’ t say enough wonderful things about Latitude Margaritaville Daytona Beach and how life in the community just flows . “ It doesn ’ t matter if you ’ re working or not working . If you have a health issue , people come together and help you . I just love being embraced by this community and the wonderful folks who live here . Wherever you are in your journey , you ’ re on a great path on the caravan . I just want to be here forever .” After all , according to Brenda , it ’ s perfection .
