PERFECT FOR ME ... IT ’ S PARADISE !

Retired flight attendant Liz McBride selected a Bamboo Conch Cottage , the smallest in the collection . “ I live in the smallest house in Latitude Margaritaville , but it ’ s perfect for me ,” says Liz . “ I love my Bamboo Conch Cottage !” Friends comment that it doesn ’ t look that small .” She attributes this to the open floor plan design , high ceilings and many windows that bring in natural light .

“ I love my porch . I have my coffee there in the morning and neighbors come by and wave .” Liz particularly likes the kitchen ’ s oversized serving and seating island .

“ When people come over , they sit around the island . The kitchen is perfect . The cabinets are perfect . The house is so efficient . It ’ s perfect . It ’ s my dream house . It may be the smallest , but for me it ’ s the best .”

Liz says her low-maintenance cottage frees up plenty of time to play . “ I can do anything , yoga in the morning , listening to live music at the Paradise Pool . The entertainment at the Last Mango Theater is great . She also enjoys taking the community shuttle to the Latitude Beach Club . “ It ’ s like being at a resort . It can ’ t get any better . Everybody is so happy here . It ’ s paradise !”
