OPEN , AIRY ROOMS WITH LOTS OF NATURAL LIGHT

Florida was a new experience for Cynthia Hartman . She grew up in Pennsylvania and lived in Northern Virginia during a significant part of her career . However , as a single person , she wanted to be near family after she retired . Her sister and brother-in-law have a condo on the Halifax River in Volusia County and told Cynthia about Latitude Margaritaville Daytona Beach .

“ I looked at Latitude Margaritaville a year before I bought ,” Cynthia recalls . “ I was attracted by the houses . I love the architecture and they are so bright , but I wasn ’ t sure I wanted to move to Florida . Then I decided to give it a second chance and came back .”

Cynthia chose a Dreamsicle Conch Cottage because it was within her budget and had the added den / hobby room .

She also liked the openness of the layout , the roomy feel and the abundant natural light in the home .

“ It ’ s very bright which is wonderful ,” she says . “ Overall , it ’ s a great open space and doesn ’ t feel crowded .” She especially likes her guest room . “ I love the way the light hits it . It ’ s just serene .”

When not relaxing at home , Cynthia is a regular at the Fins Up ! Fitness Center and enjoys listening to live music at the Latitude Town Center . “ My friends and I love to listen to the bands and I love to dance ,” she says . She also enjoys going to the Bar & Chill . “ It has a wonderful vibe . It ’ s a great place to meet people . There are a lot of really nice people here . It ’ s so easy to make friends and meet neighbors . I ’ m happy to be here !”
