Jayne Ann especially enjoys her front porch . “ It ’ s an extension of our home . We have our coffee there in the morning and gather on the porch to have drinks and play cards .”

The great room is another favorite space . “ It ’ s an open area where we can gather with our friends ,” she notes . She also likes having the master bedroom on one side of the home and guest bedroom on the opposite side for privacy .

“ Our cottage neighbors have become our closest friends ,” says Jayne Ann . “ There ’ s this vibe of like-minded people who have come together to retire . We ’ re going to enjoy this the rest of our lives . Everything we want is here and more .”
