The couple is now happily residing in their new Vista home. When asked about their favorite home features, Steve says, for him, it’ s the second story of the home.“ It’ s terrific! We wanted the main living to be on the second floor. We can sit out on the lanai and watch the sunset. We got very lucky on the view here. I like to watch the boats and the dolphins.” Steve also likes the home’ s downstairs with their big TV and bar for entertaining.
Tina’ s favorite room is her closet. Well, actually, it was originally a den that shares a wall with the primary bedroom.“ We turned the den into my closet. We put in lighted shelving for my designer purses and I have a full wall for boots and shoes.
The house also functions well for guest privacy. My mom stayed with us several months and our kids have all been down.”
The Bergstroms say they are thoroughly enjoying life at Latitude Margaritaville.“ The camaraderie here is great,” says Tina.“ The neighbors are great. We’ ve made so many friends. People here see a need and they jump to it to help. It’ s all about community, and there’ s something to do all the time. We recently went to see a Journey tribute band at the Last Mango Theater. They were fabulous!”
