MEET PATSY AND GARY BROWN
A COUPLE WHO CHANGED LATITUDES FROM COLORADO TO SUNNY DAYTONA BEACH
LIVING THE DREAM at Latitude

After living in Colorado for 38 years and raising four children , Patsy and Gary Brown decided to pull up stakes and embark on a new adventure .
“ We hadn ’ t thought about moving ,” says Patsy . “ We had a gorgeous home and tons of friends . However , our kids were all grown , our last son had graduated from pharmacy school , and our parents had passed away . We decided it was time to see what next steps were out there for us .”
A friend asked if Patsy and Gary had heard of Latitude Margaritaville Daytona Beach . Gary researched the community , and they decided to check it out . They visited Latitude Margaritaville and spent about 10 days exploring Daytona Beach .
Patsy laughs as she recalls telling Gary that they weren ’ t going to buy anything . Her resolve soon faded . While on the Latitude Margaritaville bus tour , she commented to the Latitude Margaritaville sales representative that she was worried she wouldn ’ t make friends . The sales representative laughed , and Patsy quickly found out why . “ I actually made a new friend on the bus !” she exclaims .
“ After touring the community , I walked right in and signed on the dotted line . I realized that we were not just buying a house , we were buying a lifestyle . We wanted to change our latitude ,” says Patsy .
